We provide a FUN and EFFECTIVE workout that ANYONE can participate in! Our classes are led by dedicated trainers that will guide you through the entire class on your own professional kickboxing bag! We incorporate all punching/kick combinations as well body weight movements ranging from push-ups to squats to help build lean muscle, strength and cardiovascular health. Classes are 100% BEGINNER FRIENDLY as we encourage everyone to go at a pace they feel comfortable with. All you have to do is show up and our team will take care of the rest!
